Sony's OS uses more Ram than Microsoft, which makes sense considering OS software is what Microsoft should be proficient at, Sony generally works around that by including extra RAM (DDR5 on the PS5 Pro, DDR4 on the PS4)
The Switch OS is based on Android which is fairly memory hungry all things considered... The Switch OS uses a lot of memory for doing so little, keep that in mind.
I would not be shocked if it was 3GB... I would be shocked if it was more than 4GB.
