60% of switch owners in 2020 also had a PS4 (UK)

That number dropped to almost half for those who owned a PS4 and an XB1. And the only thing that's changed in the past 5 years is that Xbox console ownership has fallen off even more with PS and Nintendo only rising.

So yeah, they don't directly compete with eachother on a large enough scale that matters. Lots of people have both, and it's been like that since the wii era.
