If only a few do something, it will be harder for them as for USA because of USA's laughable export numbers (in relation to their whole economy) but if USA's exports to everywhere would be hit and imports from everywhere would get more expensive, than USA would get in trouble pretty fast.

If Trump were smart he would only move onto EU after he is done with Mexico and Canada so for the world to come together, we'd need Trump to be an idiot so EU can join in on the tariffs against America at the same time as Mexico and Canada. Yeah, they should be coordinating with each other, get Trudeau, EU Leaders and Claudia on the same phone call.
