We'll soon see if this is consistent with other reviews, but if true that's pretty bad. It would mean the 5080 is about 10% above the base 4080.

 Relative performance gain for reference according to techpowerup:

  • 980 -> 1080 = 51%
  • 1080 -> 2080 = 39%
  • 2080 -> 3080 = 63%
  • 3080 -> 4080 = 49%

Going from this, I expect the 5070 Ti to be ~10% above the 4070Ti Super and the 5070... halfway between the 4070 and 4070 Super due to it's lower CUDA Core count.
