Yeah the base Switch was quite a bit weaker than Xbox One; basically if the Xbone was a Series X than the Switch would be roughly a Series S.

As for Switch 2 being on par with the 2013 twins, it will probably end up outperforming them significantly in realworld results, just as Switch 1 outperformed PS3/260/Wii U thanks to improvements in efficiency and features in the years since.
