Basically he was racist enough to hold a black jogger at gunpoint in 2013 because he obviously profiled him. Which is why even though he used to have social democratic political-economic views (a positive in my eyes), I didn't like him and voted against him in the 2022 primary.

Living in the Pittsburgh area (close enough that I've even seen him in person before) I've heard many other stories of how much of an asshole he is.
