Captain Blood, a pirate themed beat em up lost since the 7th gen, releases May 6th

The game was initially in development back in the 6th gen for Xbox and PC, then was moved to Xbox 360 and set for a 2010 release, then disappeared when the company went bankrupt.

Now it's back, releasing on all major platforms May 6th 2025.

As someone with a lot of fond memories of gaming in the 2000s, this looks like a really fun blast from the past, the kind of game that doesn't really get made anymore these days.
