Scarface and Godfather, two fantastic launch window games on the Wii that got overshadowed by the surge of games coming out for the Wii at the time. They were also hurt by the fact that there was this general bias toward ports on Wii being inferior, despite these two games being superior. It took a little while for this bias to shake away - but too late for these two gems as they weren’t reprinted once word of mouth kicked in.
On the flip side, Ace Attorney was saved from the same fate when word of mouth convinced Capcom for a reprint and expansion of the franchise. Can you imagine if they gave up on ports after the first game?
Anyway, it sucks these brilliant IR third person shooters (Godfather and Scarface) fell through the grate.
