I saw this video from a video game industry veteran, Laura Fryer, talking about her experience in game development and how just one person can ruin other peoples years of work by a simple comment on social media. Its not long, but it can explain a bit of why so many developers are leaving these big companies. Poor managment is obviously the biggest reason why people leave. Team work is important and your love of video games has to be bigger than your political beliefs.
