Actually, it's not really always on Thursdays, with very few exceptions, and post-holiday reports are one of them.

I checked the article on the Famitsu website, it says "次回のソフト＆ハード週間販売数は、2025年1月13日（月）公開予定です。" at the end.

FYI, it means "The next software and hardware weekly sales numbers will be released on Monday, January 13, 2025".
