Ryuu isn't calling out Elon Musk there. 

He's basically pointing out that Elon Musk's largely left wing opinion there isn't going to go over very well with the people that he's working with and his supporters.

Laura Loomer is pretty much the only one who's relevant here. 

She's a big right wing activist, who's worked with infowars, project veritas, among others. Donald Trump wanted her on his campaign.
