Crazy that Switch in its 8th year will sell almost half the total numbers of sold PS5 units in Japan since 2020.
Nintendo were smart to not go the Sony route of improving margins by increasing the price of their hardware in line with rising inflation, because this just means that Nintendo can capture a bigger user base also for their future consoles, because the higher user base you have this generation, the more people are building a digital and physical library on that console ecosystem.
