I'm sorry, but music and a person's favourite hobby (video games) are integral parts of life, the same as food and freedom. They should be classified as a human right, music especially but also the main hobby, if someone is deprived of music or time to engage with their hobby at least once a week this should be considered as something that needs to be rectified in the same way as if someone was given solitary confinement as a punishment or clinical depression. The soul needs time to enjoy what it wants to pursue and not everyone is so lucky to be in a job that fulfils this need.

Ok, but just do it in moderation. Some of you guys here are addicted to video games. Get away from the TV, it's ok to go outside and have some fun.

Oh I know but I don't think it's possible to get addicted to video games for most people cause of intermediate burn out, it happens so much and is common enough to prevent addiction. I seen PS wrap up number and 1000 - 1500 hours a year, which is most people on here, isn't an addiction. It's a healthy sub 20 hours a week or less and some heavy weekend binging. It's far better than going to the pub on the weekend or partying and the days of it being anti social are long past. I'm more antisocial with gaming than the opposite but the option to be social and play co-op or MP games is right there and incredibly easy. But yes, I agree, Moderation is key. I seen PS wrap ups with over 3000 hours for the year, some close to 4000, not on here but on Twitter and that's way too far at one third of each day, that's addiction but it's in very few people from what I can see, unless more people are hiding their stats.
