Honestly, TOW2 has a much stronger likelihood of actually releasing in 2025 than Fable does.  I'm banking on Fable likely releasing in late 2026.

Yep. Way back when they first announced TOW2 at E3 in one of their interviews they said it would release sooner than people expected. The LinkedIn profile for the director says he was working on it since 2019, months before TOW1 even released.

Fable by comparison, Playground was very slow at building up their RPG studio and it seems like a bigger budget affair. Won't be surprised if it ends up delayed to 2026.
