Piracy (or any petty crime) should not recieve a near-death sentence. Why is this such a controversial statement? $1mil to the average person is 20y worth of the average American's paycheck.

In the USA, a bad injury or sickness if you go to the wrong hospital out of your network can be 20 years worth of American paychecks.  I fully support Nintendo to do what they wish with their product.  If you don't like it, don't download their games.
