The PSP worked so poorly as a home console that you can't really call it one. I don't think much of what came with it supported using it as a home console, it didn't have a comfortable control method for use as a home console, and judging by the posts, its visual output also wasn't really suitable for use as a home console. I know I've never even considered using the PSP as a home console. At best, you can say you could play it comfortably at home, but that's obviously a joke of a point.
The Switch is well-equipped to be used as a home console, and many people do so. If my backlog wasn't so huge, I'd get a Switch to use it exclusively as a home console, and the only thing I'd lament about that would be paying for the screen that I'm probably not going to ever use.
Quite frankly, I don't understand why this thread even exists, because just thinking about the matter in good faith just a little and just for a while should make the situation quite obvious. Is this thread just to stir up discussion?
