Only 13% of the tanks and 44% of the AFVs are still present, and most of the latter are in a storage dump, so probably about one third to one half of those are just a pile of scrap metal now.

The Ruzzkians will soon reach a point where every tank and afv is new, yet in such short supply that their army isn't protected except through AT and mines.   I wonder how they are attempting to adapt to this unfortunate circumstance?
