And let's not forget the numerous collabs they have with 3rd party working on their IPs. New creative ideas have been brought up from there.

True. I'm surprised we haven't gotten Xenoblade Warriors. Maybe they can revive their forgotten 80s IPs with better gameplay, like Urban Champion as a more over the top tournament fighter, or Mach Rider as an open world vehicular combat game.
