As a longtime Obsidian fan, I was actually really surprised when I saw the tone in the initial teaser because it was so drastically darker and grittier than Obsidian's previous games.

I played COUNTLESS hours of Pillars of Eternity I and II. And when they said that it was in the same world and showed that first trailer; I was really surprised.
I'm very happy they actually went with a more colorful version after that and everything I see from the game gets me super pumped :)

Dragon Age now; Avowed in Feb. This is going to be a great winter season!
