I was so wrong about Stellar Blade, it is the perfect infusion of soulborne, Sekiro and old GoW/DmC stylish combo hack ,' Slash. You need to get in rythym with the game to start to get in the flow state and kick ass with crazy moves which are oddly very easy to accomplish consistently as apposed to old MCD/GOW. really starts to click between the second and third boss. What a delightful game, I can see this being a ten if it keeps on this direction or at least a 9. I just love that they bridged the gap between retro and souldborne and found a middle ground. Can't wait to play more of it.

Stellar is apparently coming to PC.  It will be top my list.

It takes a while to take off and the level design isn't exactly great, expect to be confused to why people like this game so much for a few hours bit when it clicks, it clicks hard. Reminds me a lot of Sekiro with the way I've started parrying and perfect doging, countering and saving comboing to save up juice for special skills, now it feels so good and there is a version of the mikiri counter from sekiro in there that you unlovk early. I've never played a game before where the combat feels like this, it takes a lot from other titles but it feels unique to itself.

The most thing I can compare it to is Wo Long Fallen Dynasty if you play with one of the slower sword builds or perhaps if Nioh 1 had a baby with Sekiro, and the off spring was a bit more forgiving and less punishing.
