I don't even know what to call this effect or what the hell is even going on to cause the sickening feeling that happens when such a sharp overly detailed image is in motion, it's a new phenomenon I've only started noticing in titles that are releasing next year or after. Thank God GTA6 and Ghost of Yotei doesn't suffer from it, from what I can see. 

It's kinda the same as with games on a high res monitor before anti aliasing and texture filtering came about. Very busy picture, exhausting your eyes/mind. Too high local contrast perhaps. Add HDR on top and it gets overwhelming.
