Nintendo dont have mercy when someone try to use your IP without the permission. Sadly the modders pay for this and when thing is related with piracy Nintendo dont have mercy. In my opinion Nintendo will try to fuck with this guy max as possibly, mainly because he public taunted them like that, so like I said Nintendo will fuck with him with no mercy not just for the money or something like that but to make this a example for the others.

yeah, obv Nintendo's trying to make an example out of him. I don't think they care abt the crumbs they can get out of him Lol. (Plus, if this lawsuit does succeed for Nintendo, then content creators are met with a genuine existential threat to their online presence.) Just feel bad for the person is all idk. I don't think "he gives a bad name to those who emulate games!" is sufficient enough reason to say he deserves to be financially annihilated (and thereby potentially jeopardize his entire future) by some megacorp...not that you said this, though I'd imagine it's not a stretch to assume there are some who hold these beliefs. Utterly vile behavior by Nintendo.
