Best outfits of the game happen in New Game Plus. Yes you get varients of the outfits you find again. Plus an unlocked one for beating the game the first time. I won't say what.

It's odd, I nearly paid 10 extra euro for some outfits 😳  I never do that but good to know, I do hear there are a lot of outfits to unlock across the two playthroughs.
