How should Nintendo drive it's market leader position over the next generations?

With all due respect, OP list is nonsense. Nintendo success is about cheap hardware with good software.

The OP list wasn't intended to explain their successes, but to talk about where Nintendo was and where Nintendo is now. Clearer?

Or are you talking about the poll (which technically isn't in the OP but is a poll to complement the OP), and if so what is weird about it?
