It doesn't really mean much when you are applying PSSR to it and getting it to 4k. That's the whole point of PSSR/DLSS. It allows you to lower the resolution of the game, which then takes pressure off of that hardware and allows you to push other things further. Meanwhile the PSSR/DLSS handles upgrading the internal res to 4K. That's why it still looks amazing even though it's at 846P because PSSR is upgrading that image. |
Already blew my budget, chose to get the base ps5. Gonna use what's left to add to savings for PSVR 2 or quest 3s or if the Switch 2 impresses, haven't decided yet. I find more avenues to games to be a much better use of money but that's just me. Plus I want the generation gap to feel bigger with ps6. |
Nice can't go wrong with the switch 2. I loved PSVR but doesn't seem like enough software is there to make it worth while. Also horror games seem to be the main driver of VR and I can't even handle horror games without VR. I might die if I tried them with VR.
