Trump now got the presidency and the Senate, but the House isn't assured to turn red, too. Sure they're leading, but when I look at the map there seem to be many more light blue counties than light red ones which are still open.

Mind if I ask why you are surprised by the popular vote?  Biden has one of the lowest approval ratings in recent history, and Harris (fair or not) is directly linked to the current administration.  Almost 60% disapprove of the Biden/Harris administration.  Most people do not like them.
