Microsoft Gaming revenue is 15 billion annually...  so no, that isn't true.  Microsoft Gaming is incredibly profitable and successful.  

1st off I'm talking about back in the early 2000's when the Xbox division bled money left and right.

2nd off, of course Xbox makes money now. They bought half of all western devs. Kind of hard to lose money when you own nearly everything.
