I would tend to disagree, I'd consider Megadrive, Saturn, and Dreamcast to be quite good systems with some really excellent games, just done it by a lot of poor business decisions.

You can argue that for almost any consoles, the Neo Geo had great games, so did the Atari and Amiga but it's the bad business decisions that costs them their businesses. I enjoyed the Genesis and Dreamcast but Sega just failed to read the market multiple time. Sega also failed to control the 3rd party market, which cost them massively.
