Sorry about all the PS5 threads, excitement of a new owner and all. I thought this thing would be a gimmick and had people telling me it's no different than HD Rumble in the joy cons. This could not be further from the truth, this thing changes the way games feel to play and adds to games in a way that makes them better, turning off the feature in returnal and the game feels lesser for it. The triggers especially are next level in immersion for the sense of touch.
9th gen is much of the same but this is clearly a huge step up especially for games with Guns and driving (Cyberpunk driving is so fucking gool). I'm super excited about the future of haptics now and hope this thing succeeds. The motion controls and touch pad survived the jump, two great features, I hope this will survive the next jump and evolve in some way.
