I had a hearty lol at "Curate brand image". Everything people accuse Nintendo of doing has been done worse by other players in the industry. Some people think they are entitled to free games, a PC version of everything, and the ability to sell their own knock-off Nintendo branded doo-dads at the local flea market.
At the end of the day all Nintendo needs is games and they have been on fire in that department since the launch of the Switch. Sure there were a couple slow years, but packed years more than made up for it.
