I don't know exact numbers for PS3 titles, but I am very certain that I played GTA 4 and Skate 2 a whole lot more than both of those CoD games. I played much less in the PS4 times in general.

And I bet you haven't finished Binding of Issac fully. I own the game but it intimidates me, a game that has such simple controls being apparently that addictive can't be a good thing. 

Actually I got the platinum trophy and all trophies for Afterbirth and Afterbirth+, which includes unlocking everything. I didn't do that for Repentance, because Jacob & Esau suck ass and I don't want to play with them. I beat Mother and The Beast with every other character though.

And that's not all. I did the same thing on Switch with another 500 hours or something and I played Isaac for 141 hours on Steam. I didn't unlock everything on Steam though.

And yes, I'm absolutely addicted to the game and I can only recommend it, even if it is quite overwhelming at first. Not just because the ridiculous amount of content, but also the difficulty which just got harder with every update, lol.
