I mean, yeah. Putin, Shoigu, Gerasimov, Medvedev, Patrushev, etc...They all need a bullet.

The average Russian seems to want putin to flex his military and gain territory.  The oligarchs however have repeatedly expressed a dislike of this war because it is cutting into production and profits.  If the oligarchs view holds, then we may see a more liberal and less militaristic leader after Putler.
