Never gonna stop, because people are buying the games so it make sense for them to release two versions still.

-gen 10 is supposedly meant to be a "reboot" combining elements of older generations and newer generations of the series, looks at DQ and TOTK for influence
-there's apparently an "ORAS" style gen 5 game in dev but not in dev by gamefreak or ILCA. "ORAS" style is vague so leaker doesn't know if its a remake, or a sequel, or re-imagining or what
-Lots of interesting scrapped pokemon designs.
-Arceus expanded lore which did not make it in any game
