Its also been revealed that Pokemon Black/White's source code was leaked too so thats another set of games.
With the source code out, anyone can reverse engineer/re-compile the game and do the following....
-Release it on other platforms (through modding) or make the closest to what a PC version of the game would be
-Improve resolution and frame rate (60 FPS), wide screen support
-Introduce mods and fan games (like the Super Mario world fan games)
-Find ways to exploit, do cheats, find secrets that otherwise would have been impossible to find on normal hardware
-Fix bugs and glitches that publishers/developers claim that are unfixable
-Remove any DRM on a game to make it playable on any platform (modding)
-Find hidden code of stuff that was supposed to be in a game but did not make in the final game (for an example, they found several pokemon designs that did not make it in the final game).
- the same thing happened to Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time earlier this year/last year
