Generational leaps should be bigger than this, sure the PS5 version is better, but it's also kind of like "that's it?".

It reminds me of looking at a comparison between like the version of Resident Evil 4 on GameCube vs. PS2 ... but that was in the same exact generation, lol. 

Doesn't surprise me that Tiktok/Youtube is being flooded with people making fun of the PS5 Pro presentation with it's "you have to not blink to see any difference" type memes. 

Also gah damn was that Gamecube hardware underrated wildly. Dirt cheap with incredible performance, the leap in RE4 there is like what we think of today as the jump between PS5 and PS5 Pro, maybe even more, and this is a system that was *cheaper* than the PS2 and only released a year later, lol. Rogue Squadron II/III, Star Fox Adventures, F-Zero GX, Zelda: Wind Waker, Metroid Prime I/II, etc. still look good today.
