Yeah, your right, they dont want 100,000 gamers showing up and stealing time from the media to show the rest of the world. There are more than 100,000 gamers in this country you do know. 2000 media people get more time playing the games, thus, more reviews about the games, thus more national press over the games. National press to the gamers.
They got rid of the ability for the gamer to be there himself. However the show is still 100% for the gamer.
