If the Switch 2 is 100% backwards compatible like all the leaks have been pointing to, why wouldn't you be ready then? You'll still be able to play all the games you're playing now (hopefully some are even able to take advantage of the better hardware such as ToTK) as well as whatever killer app launch games Nintendo is cooking right now on an entirely new system.
I'm really hoping Switch 2 has a lot more personality in terms of main menu the way the Wii and Wii U had. The Switch has always had a boring AF main menu.
