Computer intelligence (I'm not going to use the term "AI" since it's rooted now in modern marketing crap) will eventually in 70-150 years necessitate a new kind of economy. Quantum computers, real AI, all that jazz. VR becomes photo real and sensory input (touch, smell, etc.) is possible in virtual simulation. Computers that can interface with the brain and body directly become a thing.
Aging won't be cured but will be able to be slowed significantly so people can have longer life spans and be more active into their 90s, 100s, 110s, etc. People being to hit 150+ in age.
Marriage, having children, and population growth will slow. Children will be grown outside of the womb so as to not have the inconvenience of pregnancy.
