Sony's exclusive story based games are top tier for emotional stuff.
Then there's the modernized FF7 games, it's not even about the nostalgia but somehow those games just get me in a special way.
Cyberpunk 2077 had some cool and even strange emotional moments.
There's also the occasional indie title every now and then that seems to hit the spot.
Ah, there are so many that I'm forgetting as well.
It's also very much tied to the presentation for me, can't really feel much for little pixel characters with text boxes.
