The thing to remember with recommended specs for games is that console-specific optimizations can go a long way.

The Switch for example is way below the minimum/recommended specs for stuff like Doom Eternal, Hogwarts Legacy, or Kingdom Come Deliverance, yet it got ports of them anyway.
