Shu was riding high till Demon Souls came along and based on one hours play he decided against publishing Demon Souls outside Japan, a game that through Japan Studios it had helped create,so that decision was later seen as throwing away a future with Sony in the driver's seat, for me when it comes to Playstation Ken Kutaragi is the one, with Kaz second coming from using his experience with the PS4 turn around and heading up the gaming side to change the direction away from some of the more traditional electronics that turned the good ship Sony around.
