Reminds me of Simpsons Season 4, Marge Vs the Monorail.
(paraphrased):
Marge: "I think we should use the money to fix up Main Street"
Crowd: "Yeah"
Mayor Quimby: "That's it, the money will go towa-"
Abe: "Wait! Yeah, sure we COULD spend all of our money on Main Street, we COULD put all of our eggs in one baske-"
Crowd: "Main Street! Main Street! Main Street!"
Quimby: "All of those in favour of the old man's idea, say 'aye'".
Crowd: "AYE!"
I don't know why it reminds of that scene, but it does.
