Metroid( There will most likely be another one)
Paper Mario (Super Paper Mario =/= Paper Mario)
Mario Spinoffs(Luigi's Mansion is an example of these)

Eternal Darkness
Ice Climbers
Does Nintendo own Monolith Soft games since they are first party now?
That is all I could think of.
