Suggestions for Front Page Clean-Up

I think it would be sensible to start with trying to restrict avatars to the same size on front page but I'm under the assumption it would be difficult. On VGChartz everyone has different sized avatars so on the front page I imagine you'd have to make some sort of feature that restricts avatars to a certain height/width but you'd also have to implement where the restriction starts, which ideally would be a Top-Down crop.
