Discuss the state of the forums and find solutions

This is something I've expressed negative feelings about before. I don't really care about upvotes on the forums, but the downvotes are just brutal. I find myself often thinking about how I should phrase myself to not get downvoted, possibly affecting my decision about which of my views to share as well. I try to be reasonable, even if others might disagree with my opinions, but people are quick to downvote. I guess the situation has improved since I last criticized the voting system, or it might just be that I've learned to play the system well enough to get downvoted relatively rarely. Anyway, this is probably useless rambling, because there seems to be little chance of anything getting done to the voting system, as mentioned by Ryuu.

If enough people complain then I would have done another vote but the issue is how little support we have so even if we wanted to add something new or change something, Bandorr is the only guy we have right now so he'd have to find time to go delve into code he likely hasn't touched before and figure it all out then make the changes so it's not exclusive to the vote system, we're just too short-staffed.

And mobile is basically a non-starter, we ain't got anybody with experience there AFAIK.
