How do you deal with having to give up/rage quit on a game?

I only rage quit if a game is not fun to play even at the non raging bits. If a game is too hard, then I just quit and accept defeat, but that rarely happens. I dont play those super hard platformers like I Wanna Be The Guy or Kaizo Mario stuff. However I did quit The End Is Nigh. That game becomes really brutal halfway through. Might try it again some time though. And some NES games are just insane.
