How do you deal with having to give up/rage quit on a game?

But what if you are enjoying it though, and end up roadblocked. Actually, Let's say you're really enjoying the game and your time do far, do you quit? This is the paradoxical conundrum I'm faced with. What would you have done, had you really been enjoying Sekiro.
