I'm pretty sure Cliff said there wouldn't be a Gears demo, though that might have been for the first game.
Personally, I'm expecting (for the games we know about now):

-Halo Wars
-Banjo
-Conker (rumoured)
-Mirror's Edge
-Facebreaker
Videos:
-All of the above
-Halo Chronicles
-Alan Wake
-Forza 2
-Fable 2
-Gears 2
And I'm not really thinking too straight right now (too early in the morning to be working 
), so there's probably going to be a bunch more.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
