Which is in the rules:

There's been a few people doing this lately where they don't want to explain themselves, and leave everyone hanging.
If you're not willing to do so, then do not post in the first place. Because then you are causing problems/wasting other people's time.

Doing this after being warned will result in losing posting priveledges in the scetion the infraction occured.
