I believe there are more recent examples of people increasing the RAM speed where the game can run 60 fps more frequently than that. Here's an outdoor area that looks 60 fps or pretty damn close
Persona 5 (PS4 gen game) also can run at 60 fps on Switch
The funny thing about this is the PS4 Pro version doesn't even run at 60 fps, it probably could I don't know why they didn't offer the option.
Nier Automata (another PS4-gen game) can either be run at 60 fps or you can stay at 30 fps and boost the resolution of the game.
Switch Pro basically exists, Nintendo just doesn't allow it "officially". Even for Nintendo's own games, something like Xenoblade 3 runs at 60 fps overclocked. Just overclock your Switch and you can have the same performance, easy peasy.
